All orders are processed the next business day after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide. Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high order volume outside of our control.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $30
For orders under $30 a flat $4.99 shipping fee applies.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification from us with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@nuvetrashope.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country; Nuvetra is not responsible for any customs fees incurred.
